Meeting the needs of both parties by ensuring timely communications and preparation for settlement is undertaken from “signing” through to “handover”. Coupled with ongoing Associate Buyer’s Advocacy work with Cate Bakos Property I continue to be immersed in the pursuit of “property” in Melbourne, Geelong, Vic and other regional areas. A strong association with Avant Townhomes (subsidiary of Intrapac Pty Ltd), has meant Develop-it Customer Settlements has provided for Customer Care in medium density townhouse development for scores of purchasers at QUAY2, Torquay, Vic; KINLEY, Lilydale, Vic & AUREUS, Skennars Head NSW. Assisting buyers with their settlement process from the moment they become a customer to the day they take possession is a thrill; I’m guiding them and maintaining contact throughout the process of planning and waiting on the build, taking action for timely financial applications and liaising and monitoring a successful valuation of the property. Co-ordinating personal and careful pre-settlement property inspections, including undertaking defect inspections on behalf of the Developer and handing the property over on the successful settlement is a multi-pronged task. Representing the Developer, caring for the purchaser and liaising with the builder for win-win outcomes is vital to the ongoing success of any Development project.
