My team and I work directly with claims division management to gather data to make informed decisions regarding claims. Our policyholders and injured workers receive top notch care regarding claims adjudication of assigned claims. I conduct investigations to determine and document claim compensability in accordance with Claims Department Guidelines and establish proper and timely reserves. I also properly document all activity conducted in the management of assigned claims. Our team also directs facets of vendor assignment in managing the final outcome of the claims process and we work in compliance with the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Code-Title 85 & 85A.
