Hey, I’m Stacey Steele (yes, I sound like a Marvel character - I get that a lot) and I’m a Principal Consultant at The Agency Works. With eight years’ experience working in and with agencies and aside from being a Synergist expert, I understand the day-to-day struggles and stresses agencies encounter, from accurately forecasting revenue and capacity to workflow and under recovering (to name a few…). Did I mention timesheets?! We’re called the ‘agency management experts’ because our industry experience and strategic insights mean we ask the right questions and put the right frameworks and reporting in place to help get agencies to where they want to be. We recognise each client is different and tailor our collective insights to their unique goals, building a partnership with a purpose. The reality is you don't have to wing it. You can grow your agency with confidence, and less stress. I personally have worked closely with over 160 agencies, earning trust as a valued extension of their team. I'm extremely passionate about helping clients gain accurate business intelligence to drive informed decisions, in turn helping them elevate their performance so they can get back to doing what they love. Not much motivates me more than meeting new people, building new relationships, solving problems, and helping our agencies grow. It seems family life and a full-time role clearly wasn’t taking up enough of my time, as I am currently working towards my Chartered Institute of Management Accounts Qualification (CIMA), and training for the London Marathon 2023 (is this admirable or just crazy?! The latter I think).
