Managing relationships with Heads of Business and key stakeholders within the Reed Group. Providing monthly reports and stats to HOB outlining recruitment data. Leading and presenting on Talent Acquisition to stakeholders across the business, including new Business Manager inductions and Business Manager meetings. Supporting with difficult vacancies throughout the Talent Acquisition team, and recruitment projects. Providing solutions and assisting the RPO Talent Sourcing Consultants with recruitment queries and problems. Dealing with complaints and issues that arise from recruitment managers and candidates. Conducting and evaluating candidate assessments. Using ATS and candidate databases. Utilising LinkedIn and other headhunting facilities to find and attract experienced hires. Assisting with onboarding of new starters and completing new starters forms.
