CurrentWith Hino, multiple equipment training including: pallet jacks (manual & electric), tuggers, tow motor, cardboard compactor with bailer and multiple handheld tools. Transferred for 2 months to Columbus OH and relocated Hino (Columbus) plant to Mineralwells facility. Using manifests to pick and pull parts for Hino 189 trucks up to 65 units daily plus the new 392 model. The large bins weigh between 40 to 65 lbs with an average 3 bins per truck maintaining a 7 ½ minute tact time. Building and servicing shooter racks and wiring the pick-to-light system. Able to train new team members on various processes. Cross trained in both waste facilitation and P by P parts departments. Currently, involved in special project, switching part containers to trailer transfer for storage. This saves company over a million dollars annually. P by P trainer, scanner, and logistics logging inventory into computer and tracking parts as they are needed. Able to scan parts into inventory, tag them and deliver to needed areas within tact time of 7 ½ minutes.
