As a Transition FBM I work closely with the GM Transformation, State Manager, State team, IT, L&D and the Lending Support Services teams to drive the successful implementation of the nationally agreed strategy of One Platform, One Brand, One Model, One Business with Mortgage Choice and Smartline brokers. • Educate, train and coach franchisees and their staff to understand and effectively implement and utilise the Mortgage Choice approved integrated systems, software platforms and business • Develop and effectively deliver one to one and group training to build competence in the areas of the software platforms pertaining to the end to end sales/loan process - ensuring franchisees have full understanding of business systems and tools• Deliver training as required, ensuring objectives are met, participants’ skill levels are increased and franchisees are satisfied with the training. Present material, facilitate discussion activities• Monitor training effectiveness • Contribute to a structured change control process to ensure all stakeholders have access to relevant information• Ensure, with the State Manager & GM, Transformation, that all change management andcommunication plans are in place and adhered to• Identify, recommend and coordinate all Franchisee involvement, as approved by State Managers training and mentoring of network as they migrate across to the Mortgage Choice platform and processes.
