• Introduced a new wellness program on campus in partnership with the system's benefits broker; coordinated the first annual Wellness Fair for all staff and students in October 2018.

• Focused on the centralization of I-9 completion across the university. Established I-9 compliance university-wide according to federal regulations.
• Responsible for completing all background checks, new hire and termination paperwork, unemployment claims/hearings, and leading New Hire Orientation.
• Attained a cost savings of $15,471 in unemployment claims for FY13 by appropriately challenging claims.
