Supports a team of 17 Business Banking Relationship Managers. Responsible for the review and completion of due diligence associated with the commercial loan documentation/closing process, including the satisfaction of approval conditions prior to closing as well as reviewing both internal and attorney prepared documents to ensure adherence to loan approval requirements. Responsible for entering loan opportunities into nCino and assisting to actively manage loan pipelines. Designated as the nCino subject matter expert for the business line, participating in various committees focused on process improvements. Works with the Loan Production Group and Loan Operations ensuring that all new loans are processed and booked as intended. Communicates with customers, attorneys, CPAs, and insurance agents where needed to ensure that all required documentation is obtained.
