As CIO, was responsible for all facets of information technology across the global corporation. As SVP of Technology, led the Technology Business Unit and was directly responsible for BU P&L (~$100M). Evaluated market and customer needs, and formulated corresponding product offering and service strategy. Also responsible for all facets of product development, engineered to order solutions, and customer delivery (project sizes ranged from $1M to $176M). Supervised 16 direct and approximately 300 indirect reports in over 15 countries.• Led a global SAP integration initiative resulting in a single, integrated and standardized ERP environment for the entire global enterprise.
