Key responsibilities of this position: - Responsible for aligning regional marketing strategies and executing marketing programs to support market share and revenue objectives for the Software business.- Responsible for market sizing, assessing, development and then the implementation of end-to-end campaigns.- Partner with regional country sales leaders to understand the market trends and sales opportunities.- Develop Marketing plans, building upon the global/regional marketing and strategy plan.- Partner with global counterparts to contribute unique regional requirements to the global marketing strategy and “localize” global value propositions, sales and product collateral.- Prioritize solution areas and identify critical campaign tactics to achieve key countries’ business goals; engage the business in discussion of these priorities and approaches- Design and execute campaign plans end-to-end to ensure ROI is being tracked and measured effectively.- Liaise with key marketing stakeholders to execute through Web, Digital (SEO/SEM) and Marketing automation. - Support channel enablement with content and market insights for key countries- Support Channel sales in co-marketing efforts with partners and aligning content & marketing programs to key direct sales initiatives.

In this role I had both product management as well as product marketing responsibilities. When wearing my product management hat, I worked closely with product architects and engineering to ensure product releases were developed on time and met customer expectations. When wearing my product marketing hat, I worked closely with the marketing team on product marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
