Dec 2009 - Jul 2010Vendor budget management including information relating to timesheets, invoices, rates and man hours. Liaise with Vendors and site contacts to determine availability and requirements.Coordinate the visa process for international vendor travel.Mobilisation of international vendors incorporating flights, accommodation, transfers, site access and approvals in accordance with individual contract requirements.Maintain flight and accommodation records as well as personnel documentation including police clearances, medical assessments and visas.Manage rostered R&R travel arrangements for 60 long-term vendors.Jul 2009 - Nov 2009Extensive liaison with Purchasing and Expediting Departments to ensure materials and supplies arrived at site within specified timeframes and in line with requirements.Facilitate the correct shipment of goods (sea and air), in line with time and budget constraints.Monitor and enter work requests; and track materials using Ellipse.Aug 2008 - Jul 2009Submit and retrieve documentation and drawings for input into the document control database.Collect drafts and complete final mark up drawings, for submission to Operations for the purpose of Commissioning hand-over.Administration including organising meetings and information sessions; catering requirements; and coordination of resources.Monitor stock levels and order consumables.
