• Duties
• Overseeing the activities of 5 members of staff, ensuring that all individuals are working to meet or exceed all clearly defined targets.
• Carrying out regular appraisals, ensuring to highlight all areas for improvement.
• Delivering training to team members to enhance their capability levels.
• Creating a strategic approach to authorising payment of 47000 Utility Bills a month for all vacant service property.
• Ensuring that all data are being logged correctly, checking for any discrepancies.

• Duties
• Sole point of contact for all RCDS (Royal College of Defence Studies) procurement and commercial activities.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all policies, legislations and MOD protocols.
• Coordinating the auditing of contracts and designing an effective archive process for the documents.
• Allocating all orders and expenditure against projected and actual expenditure.
• Controlling the contracts and supply budget of £2M; delegating funds to the appropriate areas.

• Duties
• Head of Cell for BOL and LAU Sidewinder Missile Launchers and the Suspension and Role Equipment Launcher
• Implementing specialist storage and movement methodologies to be able to ensure the safe transportation of equipment.
• Coordinating the the activities of 4 members of staff, effectively delegating tasks to meet operational objectives.
• Forecast of Out turn (FOO) and Short Term planning (STP) meetings.
• Managing and maintaining Asset repair programmes.

• Duties
• Supply manager Cell for BOL and LAU Sidewinder Missile Launchers, Fixed wing and rotary wing gun systems and bombs and all associated test equipment ensuring the operational capability.
• Line management for 6 members of staff.
• All other duties within this position are similar to those stated above.Key Achievements
• Reducing lead time for equipment after the order has been placed from 12 months to 2 months, which increased operational efficiency.

• Management of the BOL Launcher and associated test equipment.
• Liaising with RAF Headquarters Strike Command (HQSTC) Units and contractors on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and consumption, also leading on the Provisioning and Re-Provisioning of assets,
• Auditing and monitoring contracts and financial issues resolving any anomalies.
• Liaise with HQSTC over asset distribution, repair and maintenance.
• Ensure the shipment by the RAF is accurate and vigilant monitoring to ensure timely delivery

• Management of the Thermal Imaging Airborne Laser Designator (TIALD) equipment.
• Liaising with RAF Headquarters Strike Command (HQSTC) Units and contractors on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and consumption, also leading on the
