At LensCrafters it is imperative to me to create brand culture and belief around retail sales and doctor/patient care. I over see the many functions of the store including traditional day to day retail operations, Lab processing, Visual Merchandising, Doctor office maintenance, and Patient Care. In addition to my responsibilitise of a General Manager for my store, I am also the regional Accufit Master. It is my responsibility to be up to date on our current technology Accufit (digital measurement system for fitting eyewear) and to assist in the training, use, and comprehensive understanding of the Accufit system. I can also maintenance the systems to ensure functionality. I am also very passionate about OneSight and was thrilled to be able to take on the roll of Regional OneSight Captain. This charity allows us to be part of helping the Give the Gift of Sight all over the world. At the store level we collect and neutralize gently used and donated eyewear. In turn this eyewear goes all over the world to help enrich the lives of those who without would not be able to see. Any financial donations collected help support Clinics all over the world, providing eye exams, eye health care, and corrective eyewear! I help to support this through our Annual Chicago OneSight Picnic, by hosting and running the event, to help raise donations and awareness for OneSight. In addition I was selected to take on a new position NDL (national deployment leader) to help facilitate the role out of our OMNI technology starting with our associate tablet. This included travel for specialized training on the associate tablet and included additional training on sharpening our coaching and leadership skills. For six weeks I step out of my GM role and into a regional leader role to go store to store, setting expectations, holding accountability, and support each store in any way I can to ensure success and a fluid transition to the new process.

Opened a brand new location in a challenging market while band new to the company and their product. Turned year over year double digit results, even when other competitor brands struggled in results. I traveled to other districts to help recruit and train for brand new locations. Also aided in training new hires and management within my own district as well as my own store while maintaing strong numeric results in my own store and staff. Aided the district manager in outside tasks and responsibilities. Had vast knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures.

Assistant to the store manager. My primary focus was staff development and training. Knowing the expectations of the store manager, and working with a team to reach results. I was also involved in visual merchandising. We needed to be able to take a company visual directive and adapt it to the individual needs of the store while staying within the guidelines provided by the company visual team.

Starting position was as a sales associate. Just after 3 months of dedication and strong sales, I was promoted to assistant manager. This included opening/closing, payroll, project management, and driving results.
