**This position ended due to a reduction in force**Managed PR for ChenMed's three primary care brands: Dedicated, JenCare and Chen Senior Medical Centers. Researched, identified, developed, and recommended strategic pitches and media opportunities. Built and maintained relationships with media outlets and reporters nationwide. Brainstormed, shot, and edited digital content for newsrooms to boost brand awareness. Managed external production agencies and contract negotiations for film production needs and events to set standards for brand quality and compliance.Awarded the opportunity to be the PR team’s strategic pitch manager and project manager strategizing and organizing all Monday.com boards and other team campaigns. Managed outgoing emails to newsrooms.Built strong relationships with local community organizations, government officials, and media partners. Developed event ideas and created messaging and scripts. Executed more than ten successful grand openings and other onsite and remote events, all having consistent local TV, radio and media coverage. Sample news coverage: NPR, The Charlotte Post, The Nashville Post, Telemundo, Univision, FOX, CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates nationwide.Helped execute and track coverage of satellite media tours. Campaign received 247 hits; audience of 35M.Utilized news background knowledge for story development and pitch timing to boost coverage of an enterprise pitch that secured coverage in Savannah, GA. Other Hearst stations picked the story up and shared it, extending the combined TV and digital audience reach from 26K to more than 1M.
