I contributed to the strategy and am responsible for the creation of promotional artwork for associated tactics. I brought new ideas from my CIM studies in Marketing to ABD.I assisted with the organising and delivery of marketing events such as seminars and corporate days. I reviewed the firm's two websites (awdrys.co.uk and abdcare.co.uk), monitoring analytics and kept them current, using CMS systems. My responsibilities included utilising e-marketing and advertisements to maximise current marketing strategies, creating email campaigns, brochures, print adverts for publications and billboards and liaising with graphic designers aiding the redesign and management of the company website. I also updated the firm’s social media profiles through the use of Hootsuite and wasresponsible for the making of the firms' promotional video, which is displayed in all office receptions.Outside of my marketing role I also assisted with the training of new employees and organise staff events and fundraising charity initiatives, such as; sponsorship in aid of Wiltshire Air Ambulance through team involvement in the Chippenham Dragon Boat Race for which we raised over £1000, a collection drive for Devizes Foodbank and public collection points and involvement with the Salvation Army Christmas Toy Appeal. In recognition of this, I was made Head of the firms Sports and Social Committee.

Responsible for all members of staff, customer service, product quality, stock levels, account keeping and banking. Ensuring employees’ were briefed on product updates, good work and hygiene practice, allocating tasks ensuring their time was being used effectively and efficiently.

Working on all counters; Elizabeth Duke Jewellery, sales, returns and product collection. Dealing with warranty claims, promoting sales, store cards and replacement cover. Studied for and achieved NVQ Level 2 in Retail Skills.
