Maintained operational oversight for multiple lines of business within start-up health centers, including primary care, lab, X-ray, behavioral health, dental, and optometry. • Acted as key stakeholder in technology stack transition, including movement from multiple disparate EHR systems to singular EPIC EHR solution and conversion of Walmart Care Clinics to Walmart Health structure in Texas and Georgia.• Oversaw expansion of 23 new health centers across Florida and Arkansas, optimization of staffing models, recruitment of essential providers and leadership in new health centers, and launch into value-based care in Georgia and Florida.
