Coordinate logistics of courses and classes in learning management system, related materialsand supplies, training rooms and equipment, communication with site contacts, and assisting withmarketing efforts.* Partner with Learning managers to understand logistical requirements for Enterprise Learningcourses.* Collect, analyze and provide periodic reporting of courses/initiatives to Learning managers.* Solicit customer input to ensure Learning manager needs are being met.* Develop project plans, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects and communicatethis information to management.* Make recommendations for improvements, and proposes new approaches based on businessneed.* Timely response to user inquiries and issues pertaining to the learning management system.* May provide technical support of the learning management system by analyzing, testing, andimplementing approved changes according to established procedures and standards.* Performs under general supervision.# Determines own methods of performing assigned dutieswhere definite objectives have been set.* Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
