Part of the Schneider team that provided solutions to change the way citizens and local governments interact with solutions offering a better way to integrate public records for GIS, CAMA and Tax data making records accessible online to help address questions and reporting needs surrounding appraisals, taxes, sales and assessments. As part of the sales and sales support process, I educated potential and existing clients and demonstrated local government solutions for improving operations, increasing efficiency and transparency by utilizing geospatial data, mapping/GIS software solutions to better serve their constituents.

As Staff Augmentation resource, I served as a for-hire GIS staff person for local government organizations who did not need full time staff or expertise but still wanted to implement GIS solutions in their organization. As Permitting Project Manager, I was responsible for training, implementation services and top tier support for the Schneider online permitting solution.

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the GIS infrastructure for city internal and external users. During my tenure we reviewed the quality and confidence level in our data warehouse to ensure the data and attributes were brought up to date and that our users were looking at the latest and best version of the data. This resulted in a consolidation of multiple disparate databases, upgrade of software infrastructure and implementation of a cloud based online services portal to better serve organizational interests and make data management more efficient and improved integration with other business systems. These enhancements created the ability to utilize the online services to transition our static city maps page into interactive online maps. In addition, I improved communication with our internal stakeholders with newly created educational material and regular user email notifications.

The county assessor's mapping/GIS department is responsible for verifying and maintaining a representative base map of all property owned within the county boundaries. My responsibilities included:-Managed data maintenance team of CAD and ArcInfo editors to ensure data integrity of County parcel fabric-Oversight of the parcel editing workflow process, performing QA checks on database entries made by other technicians-Maintained and updated Custom ArcView application for public consumption, making improvements to the end user experience in addition to adding enhancements data security and ease of management-Analyzed parcel attribute data to produce data layers and mapping products for use in appraisal and data QC tasks-Build & verify county parcel fabric from subdivision plats and deed descriptions-Manage Arc/Info Librarian land parcel coverage database-Ad-hoc tech support for Esri software and computer systems within mapping department-GIS Analysis to generate mapping products for other county departments
