Responsible for providing an exceptional B2B purchase experience for our business clients; primary duties include:• Managing online inventory; list vehicles with photos and detailed descriptions utilizing Commercial Truck Trader and removing vehicles when sold or wholesaled.• Following the sales process; taking incoming phone and internet leads, setting appointments, product demonstration, negotiation, and document preparation• Maintaining client relationships resulting in repeat sales and referred business• Ongoing brand training and maintaining certification requirements

Responsible for providing comprehensive support to Finance Director and Business Managers; primary duties include:• Verifying the accuracy and completion of all information on lease and sales contracts• Working with the Accounting Dept. to rectify and correct all incomplete/incorrect documents and held contracts• Communicating with Sales Team concerning items needed to complete or fund a deal• Monitoring contract status daily and communicating with banks and lenders concerning items needed to fund a deal• Assisting clients with the purchase or cancellations of warranties or aftermarket products• Working directly with Mercedes Benz to verify purchased warranties and pre-paid maintenance plans are activated• Taking all incoming F&I phone calls and assisting clients, banks, and warranty companies
