As a Freelance Consultant at CVS Health, one of the largest healthcare and pharmacy companies in the world, I leverage my expertise in AI, NLP, and ML to launch and establish KPI metrics and roadmap for voicemail transcription and SMS messaging integration for the pharmacy. I support the metric creation for a new pilot program for IVR to voicemail transcription and SMS journeys, and analyze data from Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing to determine the effectiveness and accuracy of Machine Learning within the pharmaceutical space. I also conduct data queries, data validations, and data visualizations to monitor results and insights from the pilots, tests, and builds as each phase launches and scales.In addition to my consulting role, I was also an Adjunct Professor at Wade College, where I teach digital marketing courses to undergraduate students. I have over 2 years of experience in preparing and delivering lectures, assignments, and exams on topics such as digital marketing, buyer personas, segmentation, and optimization. I also initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions, and evaluate and grade students' classwork, papers, and projects.
