I led a team of associates, consultants, designers, Engineers, and Architects to deliver new stores and provide design solutions for our corporate facilities. I was responsible for maintaining program requirements in collaboration with business partners, creating and maintaining efficient processes to deliver solutions, ensuring timely delivery of design documents for approvals and construction, and progressing standards to meet evolving business needs. I was the lead for new design concepts and oversaw the development of details through my direct reports and consultants. I was accountable for a portfolio of 20 store prototypes and rolling 30 design projects from feasibility and entitlements through Construction Documents, and supported construction teams during execution.

I managed the process to create site layouts and building plans for potential new store locations and maintained the document drawings for our store prototypes. I supported the evolution of our design standards and developed new concepts for business needs. I oversaw the design from conception, through due diligence, and up to Construction Documents. I was responsible for managing our sign standards and executing contracts. I worked closely with Expansion Planning & Analysis, Real Estate, Construction, Design, and Facilities groups as well as our architectural, signage, and lighting consultants to develop comprehensive concept plans.

We offered full design services from programming through construction including fixtures, furniture, equipment, and accessory packages. Some projects were stand alone interiors while others were a part of new construction and were woven in as part of a cohesive design project.
