As the Regional VP of Market Development I provide direct support to market development operations, creating long term value for our customers, employer groups, providers, and markets in the commercial group segment. As the Strategic Lead for our Employer group digital transformation, I am responsible for working across the employer group segment with key business operators to bring the new consumer-first digital business model to life. I make key connections across different areas to ensure we have an end to end view, are accounting for up-stream and down-stream impacts, and are continually challenging and simplifying our processes with the consumer in mind.
