Provide strategic direction and oversight to the development and administration of a comprehensive short and long range enterprise risk management program to identify, analyze and respond to institutional risk exposure. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Board of Governors and executive leadership team to inform them of the changing risk profile of the University. Work collaboratively with partners across the university in an advisory capacity to ensure the ERM program is established, including providing education and tools to enhance the ERM framework. Responsible for administering the university corporate insurance program, including making recommendations to university administrators regarding current coverage and insurance risks not adequately covered and the potential effect they could have on the University's financial condition and reputation.
