Facilitated meetings between iStockphoto and Getty Images business, technology, and program management members to unify terminology and identify potential metadata impacts.• Managed initiative, program, and project portfolios; wrote developer specifications and stories; collaborated with development team manager to prioritize stories on Kanban board; trained all users globally via meetings or pre-recorded videos, created an Ask Me Anything (AMA) Slack channel for employees worldwide to ask unanswered questions.• Documented high-level E2E workflow of assets from camera to website through all internal systems using asset metadata and/or files, integration workflows between iStockphoto and Getty Images, and more than 600 test cases to cover all ingestion scenarios including input variables and expected results for developer automation leading to increased business stakeholder and user confidence.• Collaborated with Principal Engineer to identify and map metadata properties ensuring accuracy of 250M+ records in transitioning to a new content management system. Reverse engineered and documented contractor’s metadata ETL process for migrating content acquired from MediaVast into Getty Images systems.
