I am a certified Superintendent with my Ed.D in Educational Leadership. I have earned much experience as a Principal, not only at the campus level but I have performed many duties at the district level, I have belonged to many committees that have created policy and handled the health and safety of our school community. I have been an instructional coach, mentor and team leader as well as the technology team chair. I have trained teachers on technology, curriculum, state standards, data based systems, coding, discipline, attendance, as well procedures and protocol. I have written grants to obtain curriculum as well as instructional professional development. I am well-rounded as also having careers in IT , Insurance, and Banking, not only Education. I have used my leadership skills in all four industries. I am organized and I am driven. I take great pride on my successful past careers and will take great pride in my future endeavors. I am a quick study and pick things up very easily. I have excellent rapport with parents, customers, co-workers and administration.
