I work with budgets for projects estimated to be around 50 to 80 million dollars. We estimate 2-4 projects a year. I review, upload, and send out all project drawings to current suppliers & subcontractors as well as potential subcontractors. I discuss projects & review what is needed/required for the project with CEO, banking partners, etc.. I also follow up on all RFIs, drawing revisions, Change Orders & other sub/supplier requests. I review, analyze, and confirm subcontractors & supplier’s proposals and confirm all requirements are met and within budget. Approve proposals & send out contracts to awarded subcontractor/suppliers. Confirm and approved subcontractors have all required project certificates/licenses to perform work on jobsite (and these documents stay current throughout the project). I receive & review monthly pay requisitions, reconcile all cost codes, confirm & approve monthly completion percentage, confirm completion of work is within all project deadlines. Review budgets per trade, customer and/or project. Approve project AIA’s forward to owners for review and communicate with Bank when necessary. Run monthly excel project reports, P&L reports, cash position reports to analysis & reconcile all projects. Manage Accounting operations including sales tax, business licenses in various states, balancing budgets, reporting deadlines, cash flows, deposits, payments. Etc. Build and keep good & open communication with all Suppliers, Subcontractors & Owners including upper management/executives, I work as a liaison between different depts., Financial institutions, Project Owners to help get the job done and meet all deadlines.

Do all invoices to customers, contact customer, if needed, due to late payments, receive in PO's & WO. Make sure all receipts are in & billed correctly, contact vendors as needed. Answer emails & phone calls daily, act as a liaison between customer's & Project Mgrs as needed, do all bank deposits, and balance all accounts each month. Run P&L's monthly per dept & run yearly reports for year end closing. File & scan all job paperwork for future needs. Do all sales & use Tax as needed, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Perform journal entry's daily & all needed task as requested & any needs for customers as requested.

Ran the afterschool program. Made plans daily to keep children engaged. Made deposits & took weekly payments. Keep a ledger for each child & payments made. Grew the after school program from 15 children to over 50 on the roll.
