I was directly responsible for responding to customer inquiries from the global candidate audience of the Juniper Networks Certification Program. This included the following on a daily basis: Managed seven Juniper email aliases daily, including an internal voucher ordering alias and six external customer facing email aliases. Answered all inquiries meeting the 2-business day or less Service Level Agreement. Many questions required research and coordination within other Juniper Network groups. Identification of multiple vendor systems problems and direct interaction with each vendor to problem resolution. I was directly involved in the coordination, scheduling, process review, and Alpha/Beta testing of the Professional and Expert Level Exam Development Workshops. Created a step-by-step process for Expert Level Exam Development.As part of the certification management offered by our team I was responsible for providing exam results to candidates. This process was a multi-step process that required candidate interaction. Created Candidate Lab Exam survey and Proctor Survey in web based survey tool (Survey Monkey). Send out Lab Exam feedback surveys to candidate and proctors weekly Send out all official JNCP Lab Exam grades to candidates. Update their CertManager accounts with passing/failing lab exam grades. Track all pending/posted grades, including updating the pass/fail rate of Lab Exams. Review weekly JNCIE Plaque order verification with OnFulfillment. Created a user guide document for this entire processAs part of the certification process I was directly responsible coordination all lab exam events on a quarterly basis, this includes communication with all Geographic’s (Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa). I was responsible for coordination of internal testing events at global SE Summits and the General Sales Conference.
