My administrative career has focused on honing my leadership style, communication skills, and instructional coaching methods to build an excellent culture and climate in the schools which I’ve served. I believe that an excellent culture is the foundation to academic success and that it extends from the collaborative efforts of the principal and assistant principal roles. I build success in 5 key areas: student achievement, teacher satisfaction, discipline referrals, attendance rates, and graduation rates.
