Provided support for the Tour Manager, artists, crew, and tour staff. Support included, but was not limited to: assigning dressing rooms; coordinating runners and after show food pickups and deliveries; keeping a calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment; tracking road float expenses, and helping with any other odds and ends to make sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly.

Oversaw office administrative duties. Served as a liaison between all NewSong tour/Winter Jam artists, tour staff, promoters, etc. Helped develop marketing assets (posters, flyers, tour passes, e-blasts, etc.) and strategies for every NewSong, Winter Jam, and Greatest Hits Live tour as well as kept track of ticketing. Maintained NewSong and Winter Jam websites, web stores, and tour databases. Coordinated all NewSong interviews and managed multiple calendars. Created tour reports to keep record of the success of each tour. Organized annual Launch Party for Winter Jam.

Supported the Tour Manager, artists, crew and tour staff - making sure everyone and everything on the tour was taken care of. It was a fast paced environment that required multi-tasking and organizational skills - from scheduling runners, to making sure signs were up around the building for tour personnel, to working on ROS schedules, to assigning dressing rooms for the artists, etc.

Assisted the Tour Manager and Production Manager with various road tasks and facilitated VIP activities. VIP activities included: booth set-up, prepping VIP materials to hand out at each show, as well as working with the local Venue Event Coordinators to establish the VIP door point of entry, volunteer training, etc.

Maintained artist socials and updated the Provident, Reunion, and Essential Records websites. Utilized computer programs such as Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and FrontPage. Gathered focus group documentation and researched venues, products, and ideas for various company/staff events as well as came up with ideas for new marketing strategies.
