Rogue Bear Creative is a video production, digital media content, and graphic design company. We create multimedia content, and motion graphics, edit videos for all media platforms, as well as create designs for video content and print.

I was hired to support SEL CC's social and emotional learning-related initiatives by creating branding, visual design elements, motion graphics, as well as contributing to editing video content for online courses. My work was done under the direction of SEL Collaborative's founding partner Pamela McVeagh-Lally and The Carenzo Agency's, Erin Carenzo, in collaboration with UC Berkeley, the Sacramento County Department of Education, and the California Department of Health's CalHOPE project.

Under the direction of the Marketing Director and Creative Manager, the Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for all in-house content utilizing a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D, computer graphics, photography, and videography incorporating the brand standards of SMIBC. Utilized cross-functional skills to interact throughout the enterprise in the production of all content. Simultaneously managed multiple content projects with quick turnaround time. Write copy for advertising, video scripts, direct mail pieces, brochures and other miscellaneous projects as needed. Produced and maintained a current digital photo and video library of the highest quality. Shoot and supervise stimulating, high-quality photography and videography for advertising all on-site and off-site events.Edit and oversee digital and video production, post production and process of all in-house video and digital content. Manage and supervise the final creative product to ensure brand standards are met. Lead meetings with internal clients to establish media needs. Direct external vendors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Possess advanced skill in the utilization of industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud-specific skills, licenses, and certifications. Expertise in shooting with DSLR Cameras. Knowledge of the ins and outs of transcoding video in various formats.
