Assist children's pastor in the weekly running of ministry for approx 150 children. Also assist in managing and inspiring a team of 90+ volunteers. Handle inventory/ordering of corresponding products, brainstorming ideas for constant improvement, and run the weekly check-in desk to process families into our secure children's facility. Assist youth pastor in administrative tasks related to running weekly youth meetings, events and fundraisers, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to improve. Also assist in managing/inspiring team of 20+ volunteers. Lead youth worship team and schedule weekly team volunteers. Lead monthly women's ministry worship team, with some public speaking. Also assist women's pastor in administrative tasks related to running the ministry, brainstorming ideas for constant improvement, and building unity among women's ministry leaders. Generate social media content on a bi-weekly basis. Assist in office administrative tasks related to basic office functions but also including editing, proofreading and organizing. Act as part of the core church leadership staff - planning, organizing, problem-solving and brainstorming for the future. Also assist in creating large-scale stage design elements.
