CurrentDirect the business operations, administration, logistics, applicant services, and/or technical support to help ensure the efficient internal operation of external facing programs, products, and services related to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). Lead operational processes to include value added services, strategic planning and development, customer service, procurement, and supervision of 35+ staff. Collaborate with technology/infrastructure staff to identify data relationships and functional requirements; analyze and resolve issues related to information flow and content. Develop and monitor departmental budgets and planning documents. Hire, train, and mentor support staff. Ensure program, function, and teams are meeting goals and implementing best practices.
