Lead Runkeeper's Globalization Program. (Full time until September 2015, contract through 2017.)• Developed and instrumented Runkeeper Globalization program. Brought 11 new languages to market, manage ongoing translation and localization process for Runkeeper’s rapid Agile mobile release cycles. Advise in global strategy and expansion for Runkeeper’s largely global user base. • Management of localization workflow, and full oversight of strings process, including daily collaboration with engineering, UX, product, data, marketing, and QA. Internal SME on key localization and internationalization issues and pitfalls for design and development processes. (Plurals, oh my!) Runkeeper Operations Team (Program Management)• Serve as agile coach/scrum master on multiple teams, including Systems, Data, Routine (Mobile Product), Support, UX. Assisted multiple teams in transition to scrum. • Postcard is a boutique communications firm specializing in public relations and communications for the food industry. Work included research, writing press releases, recipe organization, contacting media, creating social media content.

• Developed strategies to network over 90 emerging Local Energy Committees (LECs) in New Hampshire. Reached out to LEC members regarding the current status and needs of each of the committees. • Assisted with communications, including drafting, editing, and proofreading news items and letters. • Wrote biweekly e-newsletter for LECs, managed the LEC wiki, maintained contact databases. • Assisted with recruitment of leaders to a statewide advisory panel; coordinated meetings and workshops.
