We prepare mitigation plans and post-mitigation construction documents to facilitate permit compliance. Responsibilities included wetland delineation, functional assessment, wetland permit applications, mitigation plans, and coordination of state and federal approvals. Accomplishments included obtaining state and federal permits to fill over 95 acres of wetlands for the Oregon Department of Corrections Junction City project and managing wetland delineations and habitat assessments for wind projects on over 100,000 acres of leased lands. Responsibilities also included completion of environmental documents to meet the federal, state, and local permitting requirements for wind and solar projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities included preparation of wetland reports, biological assessments, and environmental assessments for residential and industrial developments, and utility, transportation, stormwater and wastewater treatment projects. Responsibilities also included preparation of permit applications and mitigation plans to meet local, state, and federal wetland and natural resource permitting requirements including the wetland buffer requirements of local jurisdictions in Oregon and Critical Areas Ordinance requirements of local jurisdictions in Washington. Accomplishments included the preparation of local wetland inventories for the Cities of Hillsboro, Ashland, and Lakeside to meet the requirements of Oregon’s Statewide Planning Goal 5.
