Main clients were Federal government Medicare, AMA, and insurance industry investigating Physicians who committed fraud on billing practices against Medicare, individual patients and insurance industry through fraudulent charges billed to all 3 for the same procedures. The AMA would subpoena billing records and allowing me to comb through and find those committing fraud especially against the elderly. I would then write up my reports and present them to the AMA board which resulted in several physicians organizations who were closed down and licenses revoked for life, others infractions were severe enough for jail time, while others were suspended on practicing medicine for specific lengths of time. Because they committed fraud against the federal government they weren't allowed to practice medicine in any state. My consulting work on this project started for a 6 month contract but with the amount of physicians I found taking advantage of the elderly and causing the hard working tax payers to pay the cost erosion from fraud the investigation of those involved get to extreme numbers and was asked to continue my work. The said part is how many elderly patients would have paid the bills while barely getting by on a social security check as main source of income. My job was to also go talk with each patient as well as the agency's involved and then have the appropriate legal paperwork to address the physicians and their billing staff determining how many within the offices were involved in the illegal fraud of federal and state regulations and testify to the AMA on my findings.

I was in charge of all district events as well as traveling throughout the US leading conferences on Marketing, Management style that I used in order to achieve greatest productivity while staying within my budget plan. In doing so I was in constant contact with my buyers to ensure I received appropriate merchandise for my client base. Then I made my weekly schedules so my business was staffed to maximize sales which in turn increased my market share from competitors. I was expecting my daughter and decided to stay at home to raise my family.

I also continued my current responsibilities in current management position throughout the 9 months I prepared and created a detailed plan to host events on behalf of the company as a sponsor of the Olympic Games. Attend all functions for Olympians, Executives from major corporations, Federal and state Government officials, and individuals including the movie and music industries. I prepared as well as delegated to staff responsibilities insuring all arrangements were accurate in travel, reservations, transportation, and tickets to all Olympic venues. I secured a location for a hospitality suite open to all executives and leaders in other organizations. I arranged for it to stay catered with various food and drinks as well as large TV's. This provided a place in the heart of the Olympic venues for them to rest and eat while still enjoying the various Olympic events. It was a rewarding project to take on and one I was honored to have been chosen for.

Selected to attend one of the most prestigious executive training programs nationwide with 11 other college graduates through a rigorous interview process that corporate executives ultimately decided on 12 candidates per 6 centers after interviewing college grads all over the US. I had hands on experience of strategic planning thru Marketing, product presentation, buying & supplying the needs of the customers, and implementing these plans in a cost effective manner. I had my first experience of leading the company buyout seminars to Sears management that met the requirements. This was a delicate situation as many of these employees had a lifetime career with the Co.I was given hardware to run for up to 6 months as y final assignment. I increased our profit margins, customer service, a merchandising standards. I finished in 4 months and given my choice of cities to take on my 1st official assignment .
