The USAF developed the Key Spouse Program to increase resiliency and cohesion amongst families and their service member during times of deployment, high stress and military operations. During my time as KS mentor I actively developed the next generation of key spouses and mentors and supported the squadron commander, service members and their families.

Additionally responsible for ensuring that all TXARNG Soldiers requiring a Medical Board action received their due process and were either remediated or separated based on the board outcome. With a 7 bed inpatient L&D, 4 bed Triage and 2 bed Operating Room I was responsible for the supervision of care for patients while managing 5-10 RN's, 3-4 LPN's/scrub techs and coordination of care during antepartum, intrapartum and immediate postpartum care of mothers and infants, circulating cesarean sections and recovery, triaging and disposition of patients.
