• Liaison between Business partners and IT partners (architects, IT Operations, communication services, and IT application development groups) • Strategic planning and developing solutions based on the understanding of current needs and future direction of the Business and IT. • Coordinate, track, monitor, and plan initiatives across functional entity lines. • Responsible for monitoring and reporting against overall IT portfolio, analyzing metrics, schedules, resource allocation and assignment, budget, critical path analysis, methodology, coordination, evaluating funding, and translating needs into cost-effective and innovative solutions from ideation through delivery and into production. • Drive collaboration within teams to deliver solutions with the best possible cost, speed and quality metrics.

• Work in conjunction with the Business client teams and IT Development to manage production issues and as a Billing SME for new projects. • Involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including providing input for requirements and design as well as performing pre and post implementation testing/validation.

• Liaison between the Telegence and CARE Consumer teams and IT Development. • Researching, tracking and resolving issues and tasks to ensure resolution.• Communicating status of open issues and projects, and escalating critical issues to ensure the highest level of market and customer satisfaction.

• Identifying and reporting Telegence issues to IT• Tracking issues to ensure expedient resolution• Compiling various newsletters and training documents for call centers and retail representatives. • Responsible for conducting training classes and one on one training sessions.
