Managed OSP pre-award services for a university with a growing research enterprise. Directed a team of OSP pre-award staff, graduate students and contractors. Pre-award office was responsible for an average of 400 submissions per academic year.Provided support to principal investigators, academic department staff, and students in the submission of electronic and hard copy proposals and other standard requests to sponsors.Served as authorized organizational representative (AOR) for WPI, negotiated and accepted awards.Trained and presented to faculty and academic department personnel on all aspects of grant submission and best practices in grant management.
