Stakeholder in standing up new Data Quality Application in PowerApp system and creating Data Quality Program to improve data consistency. Communicate business requirements into technical documentation for data quality rules to be written in the Data Quality App. Utilize Azure DevOps boards to monitor support items needed from the Development team. Maintain team PowerBI reports, first point of contact before escalating to Development team. Technical support contact for team to troubleshoot SAP system errors and enhancement/break-fix support tickets in lower environments. Act as liaison between variety of different Kiewit Shared Services teams and Field personnel to monitor master data

Oversee data protection and controls throughout SAP environments and other systems in regards to multiple disciplines of the team. Communicate with multiple departments throughout Shared Services teams as well as Technology teams to problem solve errors and inconsistencies. Implement quality control procedures and guidelines with new and evolving processes. Process multiple new project creations as well as requests in various queues in a timely matter to exceed the customer service expectation. Manage the new legal entity creation workflow by coordinating communications between multiple departments to ensure accuracy.

• Develop Requirements Definition and vendor evaluation for Driver Qualification Management system• Complete testing to verify and troubleshoot system requirements• Communicate with vendor regarding defects and enhancements needing additional attention• Process Driver Qualification Files in compliance with FMCSA Regulations• Liaison with Project and District teams to ensure documents are received in timely matter.• Ensure drivers are compliant by managing expiring renewables• Administer daily and quarterly tasks for the drug screening programs

• Management of team members ensuring all compliance duties and on boarding processes are completed accurately• Oversee maintenance and enforcement of FAA, FMCSA and NON-DOT drug screening programs per DOT regulations and company policy• Corporate lead on all DOT audits • Coordinate with corporate office in the development of new policies and procedures, and the implementation• Serve as departmental resource for compliance policies and problem resolution• Complete training and teambuilding for new employees
