Operational container management manager responsible for returnable container processes and IT support systems for Chrysler. Project lead fo the Return To Profitability Work Module for Regional Container Pooling to reduce capital investment and variable cost. in 2007, the team obtained $2.7M in container investment savings, $3.76M in transportation savings, and $1M in cardboard cost savings for a total of $7.51M. In 2008, the team obtained a total of $7.9M in savings due to container pooling.Lead a cross-functional team to improve the Container Management System (CMS) and CRATES system and processes. The team analyzed issues and developed solutions to make significant record integrity improvements, performance metrics, and cardboard payment edits. The process improvenments resulted in $.4M savings annually.
