Filed reports and helped clients fill out paperwork when needed. Worked all office machines. Helped with clients, wrote newsletters, updated websites, took minutes at meetings, updated client files, helped set up neighborhood functions such as job fairs and block parties, answered phones, assisted with updating clientele databases, as well as interviewing merchants in the area and uploading the interviews on the website. Also took pictures of important banquets and meetings to upload on the website.

Shelved books, helped students find periodicals and books for school research. As a receptionist I answered phones, helped professors out with miscellaneous paperwork, updated files on the computer as well as took care of all the mail. I am also proficient in the usage of all office equipment.
