Stacy Bowers is the Managing Director of Community Affairs for Simmons Bank Texas Division. Stacy is responsible for the Bank’s execution of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategy to meet and exceed goals for lending, investment, and service tests. Stacy leverages her 20 years of experience in banking to develop community reinvestment initiatives, fair housing opportunities, and nonprofit and developer partnerships. This experience also allows Stacy to provide direction to Simmons’ compliance, lending, and retail branch networks; ultimately cultivating a fully compliant program that meets the credit and service needs of underserved communities and neighborhoods.Stacy oversees a multi-million dollar financial strategy for community development lending, investments, and services. Stacy leads community engagement initiatives to contend as a competitive regional bank. Stacy also serves as the Chief Grant Officer for Simmons Bank, managing the bank’s charitable contributions budget, including review and approval of all contributions.
