Leadership development is my passion as I provide purposeful counsel to organizations through their leadership team. I help them achieve their goals by assistance in producing a work culture where individuals thrive. I also train on topics that fall under leadership and communication best practices, facilitate meetings and retreats, and lead Purposeful (strategic) Planning meetings. As a consultant, trainer, and facilitator, I value, and put an emphasis on, conducting energizing meetings and building positive relationships with everyone I come into contact with.
