As a member of our Great Minds Schools team, I support our school and district leaders to successfully implement Great Minds curriculum. I partner with fellow educational leaders to develop comprehensive whole-school implementation plans, and develop and deliver onsite and virtual job-embedded leadership consulting that results in student learning growth.

- Wit & Wisdom in Sync Virtual Teacher: script and deliver synchronous online Reading and Writing lessons to support teachers and students in various stages of post-pandemic learning structures - Implementation leader for West region: support district leaders in providing high-quality English Language Arts curriculum for students and teachers in K-8

- Facilitate Wit & Wisdom ELA curriculum implementation sessions for K-8 schools around the country-Attend collaborative study groups to build shared knowledge around best practices in facilitation and literacy development-Collaborate with school leaders to support teachers implementing new curricula-Support Great Minds staff at Strength-Based Site Visits, including observing teachers and providing feedback, facilitating professional goal-setting, and providing guidance to school leaders

My job is to promote the growth and development of teachers to improve student learning. I serve as a support in guiding teachers to enhance their planning, instruction, and content knowledge. I also help orient new teachers to the school community, and to teaching in general.
