About Stacy Hess
After many years spent training horses, I changed career paths, and I have an interest in helping people achieve wellness. I have an M.Ed. in mental health counseling and human development. My BS in psychology is focused on substance abuse treatment with additional coursework in life coaching, multicultural counseling, and crisis intervention. With several years of experience facilitating rehabilitative and re-entry programming in a correctional setting, it is my hope to use my education and experience to continue working with an incarcerated population. One of my passions is helping others believe in themselves as they work toward establishing and achieving their goals. I strive to empower others by creating an atmosphere that inspires growth and supports the development of self-efficacy.
