• supervised Studio Production staff of 14 of designers, production artists and photo coordinators
• managed the distribution and workflow of over 500 jobs per week, using 3 graphic designers and 9 production artists
• was responsible for the artwork release of approximately 13-20 weekly publications and 15-20 monthly publications to outside vendors
• was responsible for the artwork release of approximately 5-10 daily marketing pieces to vendors
• screened and hired new Studio Production Staff, freelance designers and production artists
• was responsible for all advertising and marketing deadlines, and maintaining the Brand Image

• was instrumental and the driving force behind the rebuilding and redefining of the program
• was responsible for all aspects of varsity and junior varsity year-round programs (approx. 25-30 kids)
• in addition to on-court responsibilities, I managed a $15-20,000 yearly budget, coordinated all team equipment, marketing, fundraising and parent relations... team trips to Utah, retreats and motivating 30 teenaged.
• Won the first-ever League Title in the history of LBHS girls hoops program (over 30 years)
• Won the program’s first-ever CIF Playoff Game
• Received a Proclamation from the City of Laguna Beach in recognition of the accomplishments of the 04-05 Team
