• supervised Studio Production staff of 14 of designers, production artists and photo coordinators• managed the distribution and workflow of over 500 jobs per week, using 3 graphic designers and 9 production artists• was responsible for the artwork release of approximately 13-20 weekly publications and 15-20 monthly publications to outside vendors• was responsible for the artwork release of approximately 5-10 daily marketing pieces to vendors• screened and hired new Studio Production Staff, freelance designers and production artists• was responsible for all advertising and marketing deadlines, and maintaining the Brand Image• interfaced directly on a daily basis with Studio Director, fellow managers and VP of Operations to problem-solve, improve processes and ensure staff effectivenessACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDED:• developed a “Handbook” for the Studio Staff that included instructions on how to build, collect and release artwork to over 50 publications and outside vendors• was instrumental in the launch of the CB Previews new brand image campaign in Orange County - included re-design of everything from business cards to 4-color brochures for nearly 1,000 Orange County Agents as well as the re-design and launch of all company and agent advertising• implemented and designed several new systems of operation in production that helped to transition a studio that went from servicing 120 clients to over 1,000 overnight
