I take phone calls, messages and emails from contract clients and vendors. Sign contracts and follow up with insurance CIO requests. I also work closely with vendors and event representatives to book spaces and make sure that everyone has the proper information for each different location of events to assure that everything runs smoothly. I also create flyers, posters, videos and other marketing materials for clients and vendors to help with advertising. We do spreadsheets that help our clients and reps know who is attending, how many days, locations and what they sell.
