My energy and positive attitude are a great balance for working in a busy, constantly changing environment! Having added logistics and transportation to my skills along with sales and management has been a great experience! Most people don’t realize that sales skills apply to many parts of life! I have a long history of success in management and sales; I also have many years of building and meeting and exceeding goals and sales plans and instilling loyalty in my associates and partners. I like the challenge of leading a team to succeed and am so lucky to be part of many successful and amazing companies and organizations. One of the many things I have learned about being a great leader is the ability to manage not only operations, but also training, coaching and ensuring the success of my team. Leading by example is SO important and I am a firm believer of that. I strive daily to be successful, both front and back of house. Balance is key to success, employee loyalty, and overall productivity. I would definitely consider myself a people person, a good conversationalist and passionate about my interests (which has almost always been a part of my job). Add to that my ability to manage both operations and logistics, and it is this combination that makes me a valuable asset to any company needing a well rounded individual who is always up for a challenge! My style is genuine, energetic and contagious. I naturally motivate those around me with my energy and excitement at being able to share with people.
