• Specialized and manage all the tenting inquires• Analyze all incoming inquiries as to suitability, produce quote where applicable for each client, and communicate all new events/deliveries to all departments within the company. Follow up daily via email or phone to maintain an ongoing relationship with all clients• Conduct site visits and site inspections through the planning process • Submit city permits for all events that require tenting• Maintain communication with all departments within the company for any changes that need to be made with existing reservations/contracts• Create site diagrams with PartyCAD software for the production team for all tenting events

• Manage Social Media/Marketing for all divisions of the company • Analyze all incoming inquiries as to suitability, produce service agreements where applicable for each event, and communicate all new events to production and catering team• Follow up daily via email or phone to maintain an ongoing relationship with all clients• Produce monthly newsletter with daily special rotation menus, articles on company updates and employee of the month, partner of the month and client of the month• Responsible for approval of all vendor invoices• Acting Administrative Assistant to General Manager
