Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:• Develop a strategic marketing plan to meet corporate growth goals and objectives.• Perform data analysis using various programs to establish qualifying parameters for leads andevaluate the return on investment for ALL4’s external events.• Plan, communicate, and coordinate the marketing of current and new products and services.• Identify and plan production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including, butnot limited to, print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.• Work with the Chief Growth Officer and the Chief Technical Officer, as well as other businessleaders and business development professionals, to share content drivers, analyze success ofcurrent programs, identify marketing campaigns to increase awareness of services and brand, anddrive revenue growth.• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.• Strategize approach, goal setting, and budget distribution for conventions, conferences, and tradeshows; analyze post-event reports.• Collaborate with business units across the company to drive existing and new content throughvarious channels.• Maintain a consistent corporate brand throughout all marketing and promotional materials andproduct lines.• Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop marketing staff; manage schedules and workflow.• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
